This Brewery from Barrie ON, is changing the way to make Beer





The Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery  leads the Craft Beer Revolution in Ontario. Brewing radical Beers and creative Ales right on the waterfront in downtown Barrie since 2004, the Flying Monkeys was the first Ontario Craft Brewery to truly recognize the need to overthrow the conservative regime of macro-brews and timid small batch taste-a-likes and create a new Culture of Craft Brewing in our province.


If you really want to expand your taste and adventure on this eccentric flavors, this beer is for you,  here is some of the beers that will definitely blow your mind. 

 The chocolate manifesto, is their distinctive statement on beer and chocolate. Unfermentable milk sugars, or lactose, gives this classic Milk Stout voluptuous body and velvety mouthfeel.

Malts Chocolate Malt, Dark Crystal Malt, Roasted Barley, Pale Malt, Flaked Oats
Hops Millennium Hops (for bittering) 

Acadian Groove, with tantalizing aromas of maple, sweet roasted malts, and slightly earthy hops are layered upon the plump bouquet of split vanilla pods with toasty undercurrents of light coffee and chocolate. The undeniable warmth of this 10% ABV beer embraces the promise of Spring with a lingering maple finish

El Toro bravoPeppery brown with dark, oxblood lights, the spicy, citrusy body of El Toro Bravo is a muscular breed of sweet, toffee malts and crisp, drying rye crossed with the unique herbal notes of Spanish cedar. The dauntless grace of the noble Hallertauer hop and the complexity of wood flavours only grow more dignified with time. At 10.1% ABV, El Toro Bravo is perfect for aging.

Paranormal, pouring with an otherworldly orange glimmer, Paranormal channels the subtle blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice in the spirited body of a 10% ABV beer. Brewed with roasted pumpkin and spices, Paranormal’s rich mouthfeel and a slightly hazy body emerge from a realm where substance and shadow cross.

Special Additions Roasted Pumpkin and Light Brown Sugar added in the mash; Ginger Root, Ground Allspice & Ground Cinnamon in a Boil

Well after i tried i was so confused about the experience i had, but slowly i was getting in to the taste, its not for everyone i have to admit but without a question is something you need to try.
